1. Request Service
Submit a service request or call to begin the process. Please be prepared to provide your unit information, appliance details, and a description of the issue.
2. Review & Scheduling
All service requests are reviewed prior to scheduling to confirm scope, serviceability, and support requirements. Once reviewed, we will coordinate scheduling based on availability.
3. On-Site Diagnostics
On-site diagnostics are performed to accurately identify the issue. For warranty and contract work, documentation is completed in accordance with manufacturer or contract administrator requirements.
4. Authorization & Repair
Repairs are completed following proper authorization procedures. Warranty and service contract work is performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
5. Completion
Once repairs are completed and verified, the unit is returned to service.
Service availability and scope are based on equipment condition, system type, and accessibility.

Service Rates & Expectations
Our service model is based on professional diagnostics and on-site repair. Rates vary depending on service type, warranty involvement, and scope of work.
A $225 minimum service fee covers travel and dedicated on-site diagnostic time. If additional labor or parts are required, we’ll walk you through the costs before any work begins.
For manufacturer warranty and extended service contract work, billing is submitted in accordance with manufacturer or contract administrator requirements. Coverage varies by contract terms, and certain items—such as mobile service, travel, or portions of diagnostic time—may not be included. Any non-covered amounts are the responsibility of the customer.

To ensure efficient scheduling and proper service, please review the following before submitting your request:
- Unit must be safely accessible and connected to appropriate power sources for accurate diagnostics
- Providing appliance brand and model information is strongly recommended to expedite service
- Warranty and service contract jobs must follow provider authorization procedures and may require additional time for approval
- Service is limited to RV appliances and applicable systems consistent with recreational vehicle equipment
Not all service requests may be accepted. Requests are reviewed to confirm serviceability, scope, and support requirements prior to scheduling.
